For HEPA medical filter boxes, we carry out the entire process within the clean workshop, including material cutting, folding, assembly, and packaging, effectively preventing secondary contamination. Combined with GMP standards and IATF16949 process control, every batch of products meets medical sterile and cleanliness standards.

We have a national-level CNAS accredited testing center, capable of comprehensive testing for key parameters such as filtration efficiency, resistance, dust capacity, airtightness, and structural strength. Before leaving the factory, each batch of products undergoes a three-level quality control process, including first-piece inspection, process inspection, and finished product sampling inspection, and we can provide CNAS laboratory-issued test reports with the goods. If the customer has special requirements, we can also coordinate third-party institutions such as SGS or TÜV for testing.

The standard product MOQ is usually 1,000 PCS, while the MOQ for customized products is determined through negotiation based on mold opening situations.
