The Jieding factory covers an area of 50,000 square meters, including 6 clean workshops totaling 20,000 square meters, where panel high-efficiency filters are assembled in a clean environment to prevent cross-contamination. In terms of quality control, we implement a full-process quality management system from incoming materials inspection (IQC), process control (IPQC), finished product inspection (FQC) to outgoing inspection (OQC). Each high-efficiency filter undergoes efficiency testing, PAO/DOP scanning leak detection, and resistance testing at the CNAS testing center to ensure 100% compliance before shipment.
The lifespan of panel high-efficiency filters is generally 1-3 years, depending on the cleanliness of the air in the application environment, operating airflow rate, pre-filter configuration, and daily operating hours. Under normal operating conditions in semiconductor cleanrooms, it is recommended to replace the filter when the final resistance reaches twice the initial resistance or the designed final resistance value. We can recommend the optimal pre-filtering solution based on the customer's actual working conditions to extend the lifespan of the terminal high-efficiency filter and reduce overall operating costs.
The MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for standard specifications is generally 50-100 pieces, while that for custom specifications depends on structural complexity, usually starting from 100-200 pieces. We can flexibly negotiate with new customers and sample orders. The lead time for standard stock products is 7-15 days, while the lead time for large custom orders is usually 25-35 days.
