The standard MOQ for products is typically 5,000 pieces, depending on the style; the MOQ for customized products will be assessed based on mold and material starting quantities. We can also flexibly arrange sample orders. The usual delivery time is 15-25 days after placing the order for standard products, and 30-45 days for bulk orders; additional time of 7-15 days should be reserved for sample confirmation for first-time customization projects. During busy seasons or large orders, we can use multiple production lines to ensure timely delivery.

We welcome customers to request samples for testing and verification. For existing standard products, small samples can be provided free of charge (with customers covering international shipping costs); for samples that require mold opening or special customization, a sample fee will be charged based on complexity, which can be deducted from the order amount upon bulk ordering. Paper-based humidifier filters are sensitive to moisture and pressure. We use independent PE moisture-proof bags + internal corrugated support + multi-layer reinforcement for outer cartons as the standard export packaging scheme, with moisture-proof and pressure-proof markings on each outer carton. We recommend that customers maintain warehouse humidity at 40-70%, avoid direct sunlight, and prevent heavy object compression. We can also customize retail color box packaging, barcodes, multi-language manuals, etc., to facilitate direct sales or distribution by customers.

Cleantop provides comprehensive quality assurance for all products leaving the factory. If customers find any quality anomalies upon receipt, please provide problem samples, batch numbers, and photo/video evidence within 30 days of receipt, and we will respond within 3 working days. If confirmed to be our responsibility, we will replace free of charge or refund proportionally. As an IATF 16949 certified manufacturer, we have established a complete quality traceability system, and every batch of products can be traced back to raw materials and production shifts, ensuring quick identification of issues and continuous improvement.
