Under normal use and proper cleaning conditions, the filter can be washed more than 30 times without significantly affecting filtration performance, greatly extending product lifespan and reducing replacement costs for end customers. Cleantop has a 50,000㎡ factory, of which 20,000㎡ is a cleanroom of Class 100,000. The entire process from material cutting, pleating, hot melting to injection molding is conducted in a clean environment to avoid secondary contamination. We implement a four-level quality control process: IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control), OQC (Outgoing Quality Control), testing efficiency, resistance, appearance, and dimensions for each batch of products. Our national-level CNAS-recognized testing center can provide third-party standard test data at any time to ensure batch stability.

The MOQ for standard specification products is typically 3,000 units, while the MOQ for customized molds is determined based on specific specifications, generally starting from 5,000 units. The lead time for regular orders is 25-35 days after placing the order, and for peak seasons or large orders, it is recommended to confirm production in advance. We have multiple automated production lines and sufficient raw material reserves to ensure stable delivery for large orders. Long-term cooperative customers can also enjoy VMI inventory management services.

We welcome customers to send samples for testing. Existing stock samples can be provided free of charge (the customer bears the express fee); if custom sampling is needed, we will charge a small sampling fee based on the complexity of the specifications, which can be refunded in the first order after mass production. All samples come with test reports issued by CNAS laboratories for your swift verification. Samples are usually shipped within 3-5 working days.

Customers only need to provide the whole machine model or an old filter sample, and we can quickly match or customize the corresponding specifications, significantly shortening the R&D cycle.

Filter products are packaged in standard three-layer packaging of independent PE bags, color boxes, and outer boxes, with color boxes customizable to customer brands. Products should be stored in a cool and dry environment, avoiding direct sunlight and moisture. We use eco-friendly recyclable packaging materials that comply with environmental regulations in the European and American retail markets. Export packaging has passed ISTA transportation testing to endure long-distance shipping and multiple handling, ensuring products safely arrive at customer warehouses.
